INSPECTIONS


Utility Maintenance will inspect and exercise your systems bi-annually


WATER – Annual


•Utility Maintenance will exercise all of your gate valves, fire hydrants, air vacs, blow offs and backflow assemblies

Why? – You have invested a considerable amount of money for your private utilities and if you just let it sit there the “dead” water at the fire hydrants will allow bacteria to grow. The water needs to be flushed out to insure the safety of your potable system.


•Utility Maintenance will take bacteria samples every year to ensure against coliform and bacteria and keep your system within federal guidelines.

Why? – You need to know that your water is safe.


•Utility Maintenance will test the Backflow devices annually.

Why? – Each city or county requires that you certify each backflow device annually.


SEWER - Annual


•Utility Maintenance will check sewer manholes for debris and solids annually.

Why? – Each simple Check-up can prevent a huge backup and save money on major cleaning of your pipes.



STORM DRAIN


•Requires 3 Visits (Spring, Fall, and After First Major Storm)

•Fall Inspection includes complete replacement of filter media for each inlet

•Utility Maintenance will inspect your storm drain water system and certify all filters and major storm boxes and detention systems are working properly

Why? – The City’s and State of California require documentation on inspections and required maintenance records.



RECOMMENDED WORK


•Utility Maintenance will inspect your systems and recommend if you need any type of repairs or service

Why? – So Property owners know what the cost is before the work is completed and pre-approve any recommended maintenance.



UTILITY MAINTENANCE WILL FIX ANY UTILITY SYSTEM REPAIRS, EMERGENCY OR NOT.


Utility Maintenance will be available at any hour to restore service as soon as possible.


•If an emergency should arise we will do what must be done in order to keep the property up and running, but if possible save the bulk of the repairs to be done during regular business hours to save you, the property owner money.


Utility Maintenance can also do additional work that the Property might need done.


•Fix your paving with our own crews

•Fix concrete (sidewalk panels, etc.) with our own crews

•Slope repairs

•Paint Fire Hydrants and Valve Cans

•All Erosion Control Product and Repairs

•Or any other items your regular maintenance crew cannot complete



THERE IS NO JOB TO SMALL OR TO BIG FOR UTILITY MAINTENANCE TO HANDLE.
